Plasma Profiling works by using electronic technology to create a plasma stream that can be easily manipulated to cut any shape in metal.

Our HD2000 CNC Plasma profiling machine can pierce mild steel up to 25mm and edge start cut up to 38mm thick, stainless steel up to 20mm thick and aluminium up to 20mm thick.
The machine has a large 6.5m x 2.0m cutting bed which allows us to handle larger stock size sheets than most of our competitors. It also enables us to profile larger components. If using smaller stock size sheets, the bed can be loaded at one end whilst the machine is cutting at the other end. This further helps to reduce overall product costs.
Like the Kaltenbach Cut and Drill Line, this plasma machine is a fully automated CNC system which is programmed via its own machine-mounted PC or from the office computer. The latest software is used to create drawing and nesting files which can help utilise the material in the most efficient way. The plasma software is compatible with the following formats:
Autocad dwg. files
Strucad cam.fit files
DXF. files
