Guillotine & Press Braking
Press Braking is a flexible process that means that plate can be pressed in different ways, creating bespoke complex shapes and reducing the number of welds required during fabrication.
Colly Series PS 2000 BI CNC Hydraulic Brake Press with 3m tool width and a maximum pressure of 1600kN. Used for a wide range of bending up to 90 degrees. The machine computer stores all profile sections in a library which can be used to recall repeat jobs at the touch of a button. This system reduces the need to re–enter data with every job.
Bombled GTS II Hydraulic Guillotine with 3000mm x 10mm cut capacity with automated CNC back stop. Used for shearing heavier material such as beam shelf plates, floor plate etc.
